Room DepositĀ

Room Deposit Update

Due to COVID-19 Residence Life is waiving the $150 room deposit fee for the fall 2020 semester. If a deposit is already paid and on file, there is no action required on your part. The deposit will remain on the student housing account. If a deposit has not been paid a temporary waiver is granted for the Fall 2020 semester. However, the resident is responsible to pay for any damages or fees that may normally be covered by the room deposit.Ā  Damages and Fees are required to be paid immediately for continued on-campus housing.

Community Living

All students may choose the type of community they would like to live in from our various options. Please indicate the housing option you are requesting to be assigned for the fall semester. Final community and room assignments are made by the Director of Residence Life.

Quad:Ā

Each quad houses up to eight residents and consists of four rooms, two bathrooms, and one community room. Two double occupancy rooms share one bathroom and all residents will have access to the quad community room. The final room assignment is determined by the Director of Residence Life. Early requests are encouraged as space is limited.

Suite:

The room is accessible from the outside and conjoined with another room through a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each room houses two students. The final room assignment is determined by the Director of Residence Life. Early requests are encouraged as space is limited.

Tower:

A traditional three-story co-ed residence hall with rooms accessible through the inside hallway. The rooms are conjoined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The hallways are co-ed with rooms that share a bathroom being single gender. The final room assignment is determined by the Director of Residence Life. Early requests are encouraged as space is limited.

Students may be assigned a roommate or search our resident directory and make their own roommate match! Browsing the directory and creating a roommate group is all done as part of our online application system in eRezLife!
