Confident Girl With Book On University Campus

Student Health & Wellness Resources

Central Arizona College has a variety or programs and/or partnerships to contribute to the health & wellness of students. A healthy mind, body, and spirit are important factors for student success.

CAC Students Have Access to 24/7 Telehealth Services.

Students and up to four household dependents (spouse/children) have access to 24/7 telemedicine and counseling/therapy with WellVia Solutions. Within minutes, students can speak to a doctor over video chat or phone from the comfort of their own home, car, or residence hall, and get the acute medical attention necessary to stay in class and on track. Doctors will send a prescription to a pharmacy of the student’s choice at the end of the consult, if necessary.

The first 100 CAC consults of the semester are FREE. After, a $35 fee applies – a virtual steal compared to Urgent Care and Emergency Room costs. Students will receive an enrollment email the second week of school to complete registration for themselves and family members. All students enrolled at CAC are eligible to utilize the service for themselves and the registered dependents. WellVia access is made possible by Student Government Association and Student Health & Wellness Taskforce.

Get the App Today or go to for more information on how to get started.

CAC is partnered with Corazon Behavioral Health to provide on-site counseling services as scheduled at the SPC campus or at Corazon offices.  While students are responsible for associated costs, financial assistance is available for students who qualify.  Corazon staff will assist with those processes.

Students should contact the Dean of Student Life at or fill out the short form below to be added to the appointment list.  Faculty/staff seeking to refer a student for counseling can email Dean Rausaw.

Central Arizona College does not currently offer on-campus health and wellness centers, but a variety of offices/personnel can assist students in finding campus support and external support options. Please visit the Student Services building on your campus or contact the Dean of Student Life at 520-494-5345 or if you are in need of specific health/wellness resources.
