The Live Audio and Lighting A.A.S. Degree program will teach you how to setup, calibrate, engineer, and repair cutting-edge live sound systems for concerts. Students will run sound for performances and program light shows. Our programmable lighting system and our top-tier concert sound system with digital mixing counsel will expose students to practical, hands-on applications maximizing the listening experience in a concert setting.

The Entertainment Industry Technology (EIT) program at Central Arizona College will prepare you for an exciting career in the music business. This dynamic, hands-on program is designed to vie students comprehensive training in the modern music industry. Learn how to engineer professional-quality music in a recording studio, perform high-energy show in front of live audiences, mix live sound and design lighting for concerts, get your music licensed in TV shows and movies, intern at professional recording studios or concert halls, and so much more! A fully accredited A.A.S. (Associates of Applied Sciences) degree or certificate can be earned in: Recording Engineering, Live Audio & Lighting, Popular Music Performance.
